The District Sales Manager (DSM) serves as the face of the brand within an assigned territory, delivering sales revenue and driving market penetration. As the primary liaison between the company and the agricultural community, you will champion our value proposition and customer experience, influencing dealers to uphold these standards for farmers. This role is specifically focused on covering Cottonwood, Jackson, and Murray counties in Minnesota.
Success in this position requires a blend of strong relationship-building skills, agronomic knowledge, and the ability to coach dealers for success. You will act as a strategic partner to the Area Sales Manager and Marketing teams, executing business plans that align with the company's distribution strategy while fostering a robust dealer network.

Bachelor of Science or a Technical Degree in Agronomy, Ag Business or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years' experience in agriculture sales. Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation. Understanding of seed industry and agronomic practices.
