This position serves as a strategic partner in driving revenue growth within the Minneapolis, MN Metro commercial market. You will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities, with a specific focus on the core commercial segment. The role requires a consultative approach to selling, where you will design and deliver custom solutions for complex client needs by collaborating with internal specialists.
In this capacity, you will manage a defined territory using CRM tools to execute skilled cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting multiple client meetings weekly to maintain market visibility and strengthen strategic relationships. You will prepare and present tailored proposals that address specific client needs and industry trends, while also participating in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to build brand presence. Success in this role involves applying solution-based selling strategies to expand existing accounts and secure new logo clients, often navigating construction-driven project cycles alongside general contractors, electrical contractors, and integrators.
