About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. This contract role is designed for an expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions who can drive the implementation and optimization of our identity governance infrastructure.
In this position, you will serve as the technical backbone for our IAM strategy, working directly with security, infrastructure, and application teams. Your primary mission is to ensure robust identity lifecycle management and seamless integration across our enterprise ecosystem. You will be responsible for configuring SailPoint components, developing custom workflows, and maintaining the integrity of our access controls through rigorous troubleshooting and performance tuning.

Requirements
- verifiedStrong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN)

- verifiedExperience with IAM concepts: provisioning, governance, RBAC, SOD, certifications
- verifiedKnowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, and other identity stores
- verifiedExperience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- verifiedFamiliarity with SQL and database concepts
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud IAM solutions and SaaS-based identity platforms. Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.). SailPoint certification. Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
