About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Route Specialist to join our team in the San Fernando Valley (Pacoima). This route-based, service-oriented position supports our Customer Advocates in establishing, maintaining, and building strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies.
In this role, you will be the face of ImageFIRST on the road, promoting our core values to positively impact the lives of our associates, customers, and community. You will manage customer inventory, handle paperwork including work order preparation and invoice accuracy, and ensure product knowledge regarding pricing, codes, colors, and sizing. The position requires flexibility to provide route relief for vacations and call-offs, handle reroutes, and make special deliveries. It is a Monday through Friday shift designed for those who thrive in a collaborative team environment and take pride in operational excellence.
