Curative is building the future of health insurance with a first-of-its-kind employer-based plan designed to remove financial barriers and make care truly accessible. Our model features one monthly premium with $0 copays and $0 deductibles, backed by $150M in Series B funding and a valuation of $1.275B. We are scaling rapidly, investing in AI-powered service, deeper member engagement, and a smart network designed for today's workforce.
Our north star guides everything we do: healthcare only works when people can actually use it. That belief drives every decision we make, from how we design our plan and support our members to how we collaborate as a team. If you want to do meaningful work with a team that moves fast, experiments boldly, and cares deeply, Curative is the place to do it.
The Population Health Team is the engine driving this change. We don't just manage cases; we leverage deep data insights and clinical expertise to proactively steer our most complex members toward their optimal health. As a Clinical Care Navigator RN, you serve as the clinical anchor for members with high-acuity needs, acting as the bridge between data-driven insights and compassionate, human-centered care.
In this role, you will architect personalized paths to wellness for members with multi-morbidities and complex psychosocial needs. You will utilize our data-first mindset to identify gaps in care before a crisis occurs and conduct holistic assessments that evaluate a member's history, functional abilities, and health literacy. You will partner closely with non-licensed Care Navigators to provide clinical oversight, ensuring educational outreach is medically sound. Additionally, you will navigate the complex continuum of care, from acute discharge planning to community resource integration, ensuring transitions are seamless and safe.
As part of a growth-stage team, you will help build the plane while flying it, contributing to the development and implementation of new clinical programs and workflows. You will maintain the highest standards of HIPAA compliance, ethics, and clinical integrity while meeting key performance metrics that drive member outcomes.
This is a fully remote role requiring a dedicated, quiet, and secure home office space to maintain HIPAA compliance. High-speed, password-protected internet is a must (a stipend is provided). The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time. Flexibility is key as we support members across multiple time zones, often centered on Central and East Coast Times. To ensure a successful launch, we request no time-off requests within the first 120 days of employment (emergencies excepted). This is a sedentary role requiring extensive computer use, including vision abilities for close-up digital work and frequent communication via phone and video conferencing. No travel is expected, though optional department offsites may occur.
We are looking for teammates who want to help transform health insurance for the better. If you thrive in nimble environments, are comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced, changing landscape, we want to hear from you. Please submit your application to join our mission of making healthcare truly accessible.
