As a Route Service Representative (RSR), you will be the face of UniFirst to our customers. This dynamic, field-based role is designed for someone who enjoys being on the move, engaging with clients, and taking ownership of their route. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated set of customers, delivering and picking up garments and products daily while building strong, long-term relationships.
The role is physically active and requires working in both indoor and outdoor environments. You will operate a company walk-in truck along designated routes, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and returns. Beyond logistics, you will grow customer accounts by identifying upselling opportunities and introducing new garments and products that enhance the customer experience. You will work independently with a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule, allowing you to build consistency and trust with the same customers each week.
