About the Role

As a Route Service Representative (RSR), you will be the face of UniFirst to our customers. This dynamic, field-based role is designed for someone who enjoys being on the move, engaging with clients, and taking ownership of their route. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated set of customers, building strong, long-term relationships while ensuring their needs are met with reliability, professionalism, and care.

Your day involves managing deliveries and pickups, growing your customer accounts, and representing a company with a strong culture and nationwide presence. You will operate a company walk-in truck along designated routes, prioritizing safety while delivering exceptional service. This role offers a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, allowing you to build consistency and trust with the same customers each week.
