About the Role

The Route Service Manager is a pivotal leadership position designed to drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for a specific location. You will recruit, train, and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives who deliver to a diverse range of clients, from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. This role exists to ensure our "family culture" extends to every customer interaction, elevating the team's achievement in service while fostering strong, lasting relationships.

In this position, you will not only manage the business side of contract renewals and profit growth but also roll up your sleeves to support your team as they develop. You will collaborate closely with location management to provide the best customer service and product programs, ensuring that every delivery meets the high standards UniFirst is known for.
