About the Role

As a Route Service Manager, you will recruit, lead, and develop a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives. Your team will deliver services to a diverse range of customers, from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. This role is designed for a business-savvy individual who enjoys finding innovative ways to increase profit and drive customer satisfaction.

You will be a results-driven relationship manager, ready to roll up your sleeves to support your team and serve our customers. Your day will involve building strong customer relationships, collaborating with location management to deliver the best service programs, and negotiating contract renewals. The goal is to drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for your location.
