About the Role
The Route Service Manager is a pivotal leadership role designed to drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for a specific location. You will recruit, train, and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives who deliver to a diverse range of clients, from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. This position is ideal for a business-savvy individual who enjoys finding innovative ways to increase profit while elevating the team's level of achievement in customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers, negotiate contract renewals, and collaborate closely with location management to provide the best service and product programs.
