About the Role

As a Route Service Manager, you will recruit, lead, and develop a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives who deliver to a diverse range of customers, from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. Your mission is to drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for your location. You will build strong relationships with customers, collaborate with location management to deliver the best service programs, and negotiate contract renewals.

This role is designed for a results-driven relationship manager who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to support their team and customers. You will foster a culture of development, helping your team members grow in their roles while ensuring high levels of achievement. The position offers significant avenues for personal development, with the potential to fast-track into other leadership opportunities within our plants and across the organization.
