As a Route Service Manager, you will recruit, lead, and develop a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives who deliver to a diverse range of customers, from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. This role exists to drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for your specific location.
You will be a results-driven relationship manager who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. Your day will involve building strong relationships with customers, collaborating with location management to provide the best service and product programs, and negotiating contract renewals. You will also oversee the recruiting, training, and development of your team, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.
