This position is dedicated to promoting and supporting the high-quality Red Wing brand image through professional selling and the cultivation of long-lasting customer relationships. The core mission is to deliver the Red Wing Shoe Company's Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX), selling premium products while providing conscientious customer service.
As a Mobile Shoe Showroom operator, you will guide customers through the UFX, offering appropriate accessory recommendations and educating them on product benefits. The role requires maintaining the integrity of the mobile unit, including truck signage and housekeeping standards, while ensuring all operations comply with federal and state regulations.
Your day involves managing the logistics and operations of the mobile unit to ensure business profitability and efficiency. Key activities include preparing, loading, and unloading stock for the day's business, as well as conducting routine maintenance schedules at approved facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining daily logbooks, travel tracking, and mobile unit inspections in accordance with Department of Transportation and Red Wing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Collaboration with the industrial team is essential for planning and executing daily truck runs. You will also manage mobile operating expenses, including inventory, cash, truck maintenance, and travel costs. Continuous learning is required to maintain proficiency in product knowledge, technical standards, and operating procedures.
