About the Role

As a Driver Helper, you will be an essential part of a two-person team dedicated to collecting used tires from retail locations. Working alongside a Route Driver, your primary mission is to ensure the efficient and safe retrieval of tires, contributing directly to the company's goal of reclaiming, recycling, and reusing materials. This role is physically active and collaborative, requiring you to manually load and stack tires onto the back of trucks. Each tire can weigh up to 50 lbs, making physical stamina and attention to safety protocols critical to your daily success.
