About the Role

The Residential Driver is the face of our service, responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously delivering waste removal services to our customers. You will operate rear-load, split body, curotto, or automated-side load trucks along designated routes, collecting solid waste and recyclables from curbside and backdoor locations before transporting them to post-collection facilities.

Your day involves more than just driving; you are a safety advocate and a customer service representative. You will interact with the public to answer questions, respond to requests, and ensure that the areas around customer sites remain clean and safe. Whether maneuvering a truck into tight clearance spaces, operating mechanical packers, or assisting helpers with loading, your focus is on maintaining high standards of quality and safety compliance while navigating diverse weather and traffic conditions.
