About the Role

As a Route Coverage Specialist, you are a key service professional integral to the success of our operations. This dynamic, fast-paced role is designed for someone proactive, agile, and who enjoys variety. You will provide exceptional service by stepping in to cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable.

Every day brings new routes and new experiences, ensuring no two days are alike. With training on multiple routes, you will learn the ins and outs of customer-specific details to ensure our valued customers experience seamless service every time. While autonomy is key, you will work as part of a supportive team that values service excellence and adaptability. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy navigating different routes, weather conditions, and schedules.
