About the Role
As a Route Coverage Specialist, you are a key service professional integral to the success of our operations. This dynamic, fast-paced role is designed for proactive, agile individuals who enjoy variety. Your primary mission is to provide exceptional service by stepping in to cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable.
In this position, you will ensure our valued customers experience seamless service every time. You will develop proficiency across multiple routes, learning customer-specific details to deliver top-tier service. Your day will involve safely transporting clean garments and products, collecting used items, and resolving customer requests independently. While you will work with a high degree of autonomy, you will remain a vital part of a collaborative team, supporting new account installations, assisting RSRs, and strengthening customer relationships through upselling opportunities.
