About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) serves as a vital support to physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in the delivery of patient care at South Pointe Rehabilitation Care Center. In this role, you will work under immediate supervision to ensure the smooth operation of clinical and administrative tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities include recording vital signs, discussing chief health concerns with patients, performing necessary tests, and administering injections. You will also assist with medical procedures, manage patient chart documentation, and handle general office duties such as ordering prescriptions and setting up referral contacts. Maintaining a neat and well-stocked work area is essential to supporting the team's efficiency and patient comfort.
