About the Role
This position serves as the cornerstone for integrating new talent into our nursing workforce. You will deliver and coordinate the standardized new hire Nursing orientation program for both licensed and unlicensed coworkers. Your mission is to develop and continuously update the core curriculum, ensuring it remains aligned with evidence-based practices to positively influence patient care delivery.
