The Field Support Manager II leads and manages the statewide Desktop Support team within the Information Technology division. This role is critical for ensuring reliable support for deployed technologies, ranging from end-user computing devices and iOS mobile peripherals to complex Audio/Visual systems in courtrooms and hybrid meeting spaces. The position serves as a strategic partner to IT Procurement, overseeing the timely acquisition of equipment and lifecycle planning.
The ideal candidate will champion continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation opportunities. A key focus of this role is driving the adoption of AI-enhanced solutions to improve productivity and the end-user experience. You will act as a liaison with multiple vendors, coordinate projects using standard Project Management Procedures, and monitor operational metrics to generate performance reports. Success in this role requires deep knowledge of collaboration platforms like Teams and Zoom, as well as court-specific recording solutions such as Liberty and FTR.

This is a Regular, Full-time, Exempt position eligible for an employee referral incentive payment of $1,000.00 (conditions apply).
