As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be the cornerstone of our care delivery, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for our residents. Your day will involve collaborating closely with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team of providers to ensure comprehensive health maintenance and treatment. You will serve as a vital link in coordinating care, providing essential resident education, and performing various nursing interventions across all phases of preventative care.
In this role, you may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of care. Your practice will be grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association, adhering strictly to the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of North Dakota.
