At our Bismarck facility, you will join a team of caring and compassionate staff dedicated to the well-being of our residents. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Your role involves caring for residents through all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. You will also coordinate care, conduct assessments, and provide education, ensuring that all nursing interventions align with the full scope of nursing expertise and state standards.
