Join a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of history providing housing and services to seniors. Our mission is rooted in a commitment to quality care and service within a Christian environment. We are dedicated to fostering a community where compassion and dignity guide every interaction.
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team at our Bismarck facility. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with families, interdisciplinary colleagues, and providers to plan and evaluate care plans. You will serve as a vital link in preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, ensuring residents receive support in all phases of their well-being.
As a member of our team, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of care. Your practice will be grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and administrative rules of the state.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Employees enjoy paid time off, daycare partnerships within the community, and access to scholarships and sponsorships for further education. We also provide shift differentials for night, weekend, and pick-up shifts, along with direct access to earnings daily.
Candidates must hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing (or multistate licensure in NLC states) and graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred. All offers are contingent upon passing a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as part of our Drug Free Workplace Policy.
