At our Bismarck facility, you will join a team of caring and compassionate staff dedicated to the well-being of our residents. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
Your role involves caring for residents through all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. You will coordinate care, conduct assessments, and provide education while practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise. This position may also include serving as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, and ensuring safe, reliable administration of care in alignment with the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
