We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team at the St. Vincent Care Center in Bismarck, ND. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with families, interdisciplinary colleagues, and providers to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
You will serve as a vital link in preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. The role involves coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and providing education. You may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
