As a Registered Professional Dialysis Nurse, you will deliver safe, high-quality patient care by managing the full spectrum of the dialysis treatment process. Your work involves conducting pre- and post-treatment assessments, administering prescribed medications, and developing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. You will serve as a vital link in the care continuum, ensuring that every treatment is executed with clinical excellence and precision.
Beyond direct patient care, this role emphasizes the stewardship of resources.
