The RN Psychiatric Clinical Supervisor (Night Shift) serves as the clinical leader for a 50-bed Behavioral Health Hospital Unit at Masonicare Health Center in Wallingford, CT. This role is dedicated to coordinating daily clinical operations and directing the delivery of holistic patient care that encompasses medical, spiritual, and emotional needs.
Operating on a 32-hour per week schedule (EOW), the Supervisor ensures that every interaction upholds the highest standards of nursing practice, prioritizing quality, dignity, compassion, and confidentiality. The position acts as a vital liaison between interdisciplinary team members, facilitating the development of behavioral care plans and ensuring the nursing care plan remains responsive to individual patient needs.

Candidates must hold a current Connecticut State RN licensure and possess a BSN (or be actively working towards one). Two years of acute care clinical experience is required, with preferred knowledge of financial, regulatory, and legal aspects of healthcare.
