We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) within the Family Birth Place. This unit is staffed by a multidisciplinary team including board-certified neonatologists, certified pediatric physician assistants, and neonatal nurses. As a member of this team, you will practice at the top of your license using research, innovation, and evidence-based practices. You will collaborate with nursing leadership and an interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans for a complex, multi-varianced population of patients, addressing their physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs.
For Graduate Registered Nurses with less than one year of experience, we offer automatic enrollment in the Nurse Residency Program, providing clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities to support your transition into practice. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced professional, you will have the opportunity to act as a preceptor and charge nurse as needed, managing multiple clinical priorities in a collaborative environment.
At Hartford HealthCare, we are focused on supporting our colleagues so they can care for themselves and their families just as they care for others. Our benefits are designed to help you grow and thrive:
