We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) within the Family Birth Place. The NICU is staffed by a multidisciplinary care team, including board-certified neonatologists, certified pediatric physician assistants, and neonatal nurses. In this role, you will practice at the top of your license using research, innovation, and evidence-based practices.

Your focus will be on meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of both patients and their families. We support our Registered Nurses in expanding their scope of responsibilities, with opportunities to act as a preceptor and charge nurse as needed.
For Graduate Registered Nurses with less than one year of experience, we offer automatic enrollment in the Nurse Residency Program, providing clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities to support your transition into professional practice.
At Hartford Healthcare, we take great care of our patients and our nurses. Our benefit options are designed so you can care for yourself and your family just as you care for others.
