As an RN Program Coordinator, you will serve as the primary clinical contact for program patients, families, and referring providers. This role is designed to coordinate daily operations of a designated clinical or specialty program, acting as a vital bridge between interdisciplinary teams to improve quality and the patient experience.
In this position, you will thrive by developing and maintaining program workflows, care pathways, and protocols. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to support seamless patient care, managing scheduling and care transitions, and serving as a clinical resource for staff education. You will play a key part in monitoring quality metrics, analyzing data to support continuous improvement, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
