You will join a dynamic team within the NICU Neonatal Care department at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado. This onsite position focuses on providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to achieve exceptional outcomes. The role values a multidisciplinary team approach and prioritizes wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
In this fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, you will contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care. You will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and welcome new knowledge as you grow. The Women's Care and Infants unit encompasses direct care in Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU, guided by AWHONN's and AACN's practice standards.
