About the Role

This position serves as a dynamic part of our enterprise float pool, supporting patients and teams across our network of hospitals. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to prioritize wellness, patient perspectives, and evidence-based practice. You will value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes while contributing to safety and quality at the point of care. In this fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, you will welcome new knowledge and model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth. Clinical Educators are available to support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout your clinical orientation.
