As a Labor & Delivery Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. This onsite role supports the Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery - Birth Center, Women's Care, and NICU units. You will value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritizing wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
You will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care. Clinical Educators are available to support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout your clinical orientation. This position operates on a full-time night shift schedule (72 hours per pay period) at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora.
