This position is a full-time Night Shift Registered Nurse role located at UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado. As a member of the PVH Neonatal ICU team, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice. You will value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes and contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care.
In this fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, you will welcome new knowledge and model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth. The role offers a Night Shift Incentive Program, paying $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full-time night shift RNs. This is an onsite role with no hybrid or remote options.
