Clinical Educators support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.
This position is based at UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado, within the PVH Neonatal ICU. As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice. You will value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes and contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care.
The role is designed for a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative clinical environment. You will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth while welcoming new knowledge. This is an onsite role with no hybrid or remote options. To support the demands of the schedule, full-time night shift RNs participate in the Night Shift Incentive Program, which pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year).
