This position is a PRN (as needed) Night Shift Registered Nurse role located onsite at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado. You will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within the dynamic Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The role values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritizing wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
In this fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, you will contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. You will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth, while welcoming new knowledge to continuously evolve your practice.
