This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic Neuro ICU team at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within a technically complex environment. The role prioritizes wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice, utilizing the nursing process to achieve exceptional outcomes.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team approach, contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care. The environment is fast-paced and innovative, welcoming new knowledge and requiring proficiency in precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth. Clinical Educators are available to support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout your clinical orientation, ensuring you are equipped with the AACN's Synergy Model and various specialty certification standards.
