About the Role
This position is based at the UCHealth Anschutz Pavilion in Aurora, within a dynamic 36-bed medical progressive care unit (MS PCU). The role offers a unique opportunity to provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within a technically complex environment. You will utilize the nursing process to deliver critical care, adhering to AACN's Synergy Model and evidence-based care standards.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team prioritizing wellness, patient perspectives, and safety at the point of care. The position involves modeling proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth and welcoming new knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative clinical setting. This is a full-time role (72 hours per pay period) with options for Day/Night rotation or Night shifts. 13-week assignments are available with extension options.

Requirements
