About the Role
This onsite Registered Nurse position supports the Surgical Progressive Care Unit (PCU), a technically complex environment where direct patient care is delivered using the nursing process. The role is designed for nurses who value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. You will contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care while welcoming new knowledge in a rapidly evolving setting.
The position operates on a Day and Night Rotation schedule, working full-time (72 hours per pay period). As a member of the team, you will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth. Clinical Educators are available to support and guide individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation throughout your clinical orientation. This role utilizes AACN's Synergy Model and various specialty certification standards to drive evidence-based care.

Requirements
