About the Role

This position serves as a pivotal leader in our operations, managing day-to-day activities across single or multi-department settings. You will direct, supervise, and evaluate staff while enforcing policies and standards of operation. Beyond administrative oversight, you will render individualized, comprehensive nursing care based on the nursing process to meet patients' physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and educational needs.

In this role, you will manage staff to meet designated goals, including approving timekeeping, employee evaluations, and supply orders. You will participate in the development of annual budgets, monitor variances, and ensure the containment of department costs. Your leadership extends to guiding staff in their educational advancement, fostering team building, and resolving conflicts. You will also play a key role in maintaining survey readiness, managing ethical issues, and ensuring the safety and well-being of both patients and team members.
