Our Story
We started out as a small operation in California. In May 1969, we acquired four hospitals, some additional care facilities and real estate for the future development of hospitals. Over the years, we've grown tremendously in size, scope and capability, building a home in new markets over time, and curating those homes to provide a compassionate environment for those entrusting us with their care.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage day-to-day operations and supervise staff across single or multi-department units
- check_circleProvide comprehensive nursing care and monitor patient outcomes against established standards
- check_circleDevelop annual budgets and monitor variances to control departmental costs
- check_circleConduct employee evaluations, coaching, and manage the orientation process for new hires
- check_circleOversee staff scheduling, timekeeping, and ensure accurate payroll data entry
- check_circleLead departmental committees and maintain continuous survey readiness for regulatory compliance
- check_circleInvestigate and report on unusual occurrences such as patient falls or medication errors
Requirements
- verifiedNursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing School or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- verifiedThree years relevant clinical nursing experience
- verifiedCurrent Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona
- verifiedCPR required
- verifiedACLS as applicable by Facility/by Department
- verifiedPALS/NRP required for certain clinical areas
- verifiedMinimum of three to five years of Cardiovascular experience
- verifiedMinimum of three years Special Care (Level 2 EQ) Nursery experience including ventilators
Nice to Have
Master Degree in Nursing. Two years of management/supervisory experience. CCRN or PCCN for PCU/Tele/Stepdown, CCRN for ICU/CVICU, CEN for ER, CAPA/CPAN or CNOR for Surgical Services, Maternal/Family Health Cert for WIS, RN-BC for Med-Surg, or CRRN for Rehabilitation.
