About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in a management capacity, you will be a vital part of our mission to deliver exceptional cardiac care. This role involves single or multi-department management of operations, directing day-to-day activities, and supervising staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care. You will render individualized comprehensive nursing care based on the nursing process, addressing the physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and educational needs of our patients.

In this position, you will partner with nursing management, RN staff, and other team members to develop annual budgets, manage departmental costs, and ensure survey readiness. You will guide staff in the advancement of their education and leadership skills, including team building and conflict resolution. Your day-to-day responsibilities include approving timekeeping, evaluating employee performance, and making critical staffing decisions based on patient needs and caregiver skill levels. You will also act as a leader in resolving ethical issues, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
