This position serves as a Registered Nurse within the Enterprise Float Pool, specifically assigned to the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado. As an onsite role, you will provide direct patient care in a technically complex Intensive Care Unit (ICU) environment. You will utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality care while modeling proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth.
Working the night shift, you will contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care. The role involves adhering to AACN's Synergy Model and various specialty certification standards. Clinical Educators are available to support and guide individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation throughout your clinical orientation.
