About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our ICU Float Pool, you will provide top-of-scope direct patient care in a technically complex Intensive Care Unit environment. This role is designed for nurses who thrive in fast-paced, innovative clinical settings and are eager to contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.

You will utilize the nursing process to deliver care while embracing AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards. The position offers the opportunity to model proficiency by precepting new healthcare professionals and to engage in continuous learning supported by Clinical Educators who guide individualized specialty education and competency validation.

This is an onsite role working the Night shift, requiring a commitment of 72 hours per pay period. You will be part of a culture that invests in professional success and personal well-being, ensuring that employees are supported as our number one asset.
