About the Role

This Per Diem Acute Rehab Registered Nurse position is designed for independent nurses seeking true flexibility in their careers. If you have 2+ years of recent experience in Acute Rehab, Inpatient Rehab, or Med/Surg and are looking to escape burnout or accommodate other priorities, this role is for you. You will provide critical patient care in acute settings, utilizing advanced observation skills to monitor patient status and responding quickly to changes. Your role involves thinking critically, communicating effectively with patients and families, and maintaining high standards for hospital and department protocols.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you must possess an active and unencumbered state-issued or multistate RN license, along with BLS (AHA) certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS and NIHSS may be required for specific units. Once qualified, you can seamlessly manage shifts and scheduling through our app, which prioritizes your experience and privacy with built-in data security.
