About the Role

This onsite Registered Nurse position serves the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado. As a member of the Resource Pool, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver secure safety and quality at the point of care. The role involves providing direct care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within a technically complex environment. You will contribute to the team by welcoming new knowledge and supporting the AACN's Synergy Model and various specialty certification standards included in evidence-based care models. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout your clinical orientation.
