This position embodies a commitment to patient- and family-centered care. The professional nurse utilizes the nursing process to value the uniqueness of each individual, addressing the physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of the diverse patients served by Jefferson Health. You will develop nursing plans of care in partnership with patients and their designated care partners, ensuring that care is consistent with their cultural beliefs and values.
In this role, you will interact with co-workers, patients, and families to integrate evidence-based practice and clinical expertise into the delivery of optimal healthcare. You will partner with patients to identify learning needs, providing education that is useful, understandable, and affirming.
