About the Role
As an Operating Room Nurse at Einstein Main, a Level One Trauma Hospital, you will be a vital member of a team committed to patient- and family-centered care. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to address the unique physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of a diverse patient population. Your work involves developing nursing plans of care in partnership with patients and their designated care partners, ensuring that treatment priorities align with individual cultural beliefs and values.
You will collaborate with the care team to assess ailments and injuries, implement treatment plans, and educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and recovery steps. This position requires a strong foundation in effective communication, cultural awareness, and the ability to delegate appropriately to ensure seamless care delivery from admission through discharge planning.
