At the GSS NE Albion facility, our staff is compassionate and dedicated to the residents. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. You will care for residents through all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
This role involves coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and providing education. You may serve as a charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of care. Your practice will be grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state.
