At the GSS NE Albion facility, you will join a compassionate and dedicated staff committed to the well-being of our residents. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care plans. Your role involves caring for residents through all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, while coordinating care and delivering resident education.
You may serve as a charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of care. Your practice will be grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state of practice.
